Meaningful Beauty: Community Management
Overall Maintenance and Online Presence
When I took on the Account Coordinator role for Meaningful Beauty, it was already well-established in the online beauty community, so here the task was to maintain the positive image and remain relevant in the industry. This included consistent everyday posting of content provided by the MB team or otherwise captured on iPhone.
During my time with MB, follower count increased organically by 20K.
GIFs and Further Content Use
Among the major tasks during my time with Meaningful Beauty was to implement a content strategy for the trip to South of France. The trip was initiated to discuss the beneficial properties of melon used in all MB products. Here, a simple but effective GIF was created to show the time progression of a simple melon compared to the one used by MB. The strategy also included an IGTV series, Q&A and stories on the product and ingredients to be featured on Instagram Highlights.
Result
With the majority of its structure in place, Meaningful Beauty was all about sustaining and expanding the brand’s success. By working with the existing formula of integrating colors in the violet palette, continuing conversations in the mindfulness and positivity space, as well as highlighting Cindy Crawford as the founder and critical differential factor, the brand saw positive, steady organic growth of over 20K while I worked on it.
